Shopping Time: Noble Systems Aquires TDI Assets
It 'tis the shopping season, and Noble Systems Corp. has scored another technology purchase.
Noble has acquired TDI's Liberation unified communications platform, related client-base and all related intellectual property, including the TDI brand, whose main presence centers in on the cable, resort and newspaper industries.
Nobel said it will “bring on board key staff from TDI/TeleDirect’s development and service delivery teams, while taking advantage of organizational efficiencies.”
TDI, meanwhile, is getting another name change to dvsAnalytics, Inc. and will continue its work on its recording and performance solution, Encore.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
