Give users what they want.
That’s what
Ontario Systems is striving to do with its new software development program that lets select current and potential customers gain early access to its new technology. Specifically, Technology Adoption Program (TAP) lets some users get VIP access of sorts to test out the technology before product ship dates, and solicits their feedback. The program aims to be deeper than Beta programs.
Already, the program has been tested with its upcoming roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based debt collection software, Collect Savvy.
Ontario says it hand selects TAP clients "based on thought leadership and the ability to give rich feedback."
Illinois Collection Service is already a participant and has been for about two months
“With TAP, you are more part of the development process,” says Nate Olson, vice president of operations. He notes his company will pose questions and add comments about the technology through TAP, and so far, Ontario has been receptive to these suggestions.
"With our highly dynamic markets and customers, we want to make certain that we are bringing the best possible product with features needed today and in the future when it begins shipping to customers," said Michael Zammuto, chief operating officer at Ontario.
