Van Ru Credit Corp. has named Louis ("Skip") Spillone, Jr. as its vice president and chief financial officer. Spillone will run Van Ru's in-house accounting, finance and human resources team.

Andrew Grace now serves as president of business development at Frontline Asset Strategies, LLC. Grace has more than 27 years of experience in the ARM industry.
