Audit Users Real-time.....

In my network, there are many users that they should have internet access. But most of the times they are downloading files and using 3rd party IM softwares. I'm talking abt the users who has power user accounts... I did try this Activity Monitor ver 4.4 to audit them and see what they are doing... You can monitor all domain computers with this software..
