RevQ Launches Monthly Collections Webinars

What’s going on? It can be really hard to know, especially when it comes to ever-changing technology. Often, vendors cite one of their greatest challenges as conveying latest product news and industry trends to clients.

One way to communicate? Webinars. And this week, RevQ Inc., a government software provider, announced it will hold monthly webinars to help government collectors develop strategies that aim to improve collec… Continue

Vocal Chords: Voice Plays Role in Hiring Collectors

Ursula, the sea witch, and My Fair Lady’s Professor Henry Higgins share at least one thing in common -- A fixation on someone’s voice. And for call center staffing, such a fixation can also play a prominent role, especially when making hiring decisions.

“When we’re on the phone, our voice says everything… Continue

Here is why this topic is a hot topic for an article about a major concern to the recovery industry.

As you're probably well aware the place of employment is paramount to the collection efforts. Especially in the current economy if you can't locate someone you'll never collect, but more important is to know if the debtor can make payments.
Currently we are doing something that has never ever been done. We are providing a written guarantee of up to 80% location success with 50% and up with a place of employment or their current source of income and or an attachable asset.
The data base companies are claiming 10 to 15% success. However their clients report it ranges from 3 to 7% is the norm. Furthermore a high percentage of the employment locates are previous employers.
Computers do not produce current data. At best they are a tool for the trained professional researcher. Collectors nor computers are able to produce the necessary results to obtain this essential information.
Please feel free to call me on my cell for easier access @ 561-254-2889 for further verification of the above.
As Always Best Regards,
Carl.
