All right thanks, I'll re-look into ACA. The reason I didn't go with them before is I thought is was really expensive for a membership.

I'm not collecting judgments. My new potential client has payday loans and credit cards available. They requested I get bonded first for atleast 5k.

Eric, For whatever reason you do not want to hear it, ACA is likely your best bet. You do have to be bonded individually in each state that requires bonding (not all of them do), and they can do that for you, for around $400 per state. You also ne…
