Offshore Collection Contact Centers

With the continued expansion of USA Collection Contact Centers and the continued high FTE costs, many companies are 'buying seats' in offshore call centers in Philippines, Malaysia and South America. The substantial reduction in full-time employee costs and the continuing increase in quality of efforts makes this an important consideration for companies looking to grow with reduced expansion costs.

At the Collection Training Institute we've opened a school in Noida India which teaches our third party collection turn key solution supported by a dozen of the best practices collection industry strategic vendor partners and makes it affordable and less expensive then the buying of seats scenario, which Burton Crapps very accurately described as one of several offshore options being shopped. CTI is opening several additional call centers in India and the Philippines in the next 45 days.

Anyone using offshore centers for data entry and/or remote document preparation? We are interested in outsourcing some of our back end law functions and are considering our options.
